Job Description

Sacco Mann is currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a reputable firm in Newcastle. You will be joining a dynamic and growing Real Estate Finance team that works with major lenders, investors, and developers across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with a strong background in property finance to take the next step in their career.
You will play a key role in supporting partners and fee earners with high-value transactions involving commercial and residential property portfolios, secured lending, and development finance.
The Role

  • Managing your caseload of real estate finance matters under supervision.
  • Drafting and negotiating a range of transactional documents, including reports on title, certificates of title, and standard security documents.
  • Assisting with property due diligence, including reviewing Land Registry documents, title investigation, and searches.
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
About You
  • Previous solid experience as a paralegal in real estate finance transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and secured lending.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
