Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a meticulous Paraplanner to join their team in providing support to senior Financial planners. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be proficient in report writing, and possess a strong administrative background within the financial services sector.
Duties:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis for clients
- Conduct research on investment opportunities and present findings
- Collaborate with advisors to develop financial plans tailored to clients' needs
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary data and address inquiries promptly
- Utilise Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently for daily tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paraplanner
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and reporting
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
