What you'll be doing





Reporting into the Senior Partner Manager, the Senior Partner Executive will be responsible for the following:


As a Senior Partner Executive, you'll:




Plan and manage multiple workstreams/projects not just campaigns Ability to largely manage their own workload Ensures regular communication across the team on performance Aware and able to articulate key contractual clauses and monitoring of these Proactively shares relevant developments with Partner and internal team Give guidance on the strategy behind campaigns e.g. develop a strategy to drive redemptions Own and develop the account revenue forecast Know in detail the key commercials of your account Be constantly aware of all impacts to revenue and key drivers e.g. cancelled, under / over performing campaigns Be the 'go-to' person internally and externally for Partner Own, creates content and lead the monthly meetings Be able to effectively influence as required for the role, including within your team, in other teams and externally Work closely with Analysts to ensure alignment and key insights are available for key projects Be confident in attending/ leading meetings with Partners on your own and dealing with any uncertainties that come up as part of BAU Be aware of what's happening in the loyalty space and proactively shares an opinion on this

Our Partnerships team would love to see:




Degree or equivalent experience Experience of working in a marketing role Good knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM is essential Confidence in dealing with clients Ability to multi-task Good communication skills Attention to detail Organisational skills 'Can do' attitude - able to use initiative Ability to work as part of a team Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite Web experience is desirable
