About Us:

ARCO2 is a multi-award-winning architecture practice based in beautiful Cornwall, specialising in bespoke, low-energy, one-off residential homes. Many of our projects are delivered through our award-winning sister company, ADD SC.

We're now looking for an experienced

RIBA-qualified Senior Architect

to join our friendly, passionate team.

The Role:

You'll be working on stunning, one-of-a-kind homes located in some of Cornwall's most spectacular settings. As a key team member, you'll lead projects through all RIBA stages, especially post-planning, and work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, low-energy homes.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

5 years post-Part III experience

in a UK architectural practice

Certified Passive House Designer

with PHPP experience Strong technical skills in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit

, and Microsoft Office Experience with

whole-life carbon calculations

using PHribbon, WLCA, or AECB Embodied Carbon Calculator 3D printing knowledge is a bonus Excellent project management and communication skills A genuine passion for sustainability, innovation, and thoughtful design
