At Care Fertility, we believe every patient journey is unique -- and we're here to support them with compassion, expertise and innovation. If you're passionate about making a real impact in people's lives, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have an interest in genetics and patient care, this could be the perfect role for you.
We're looking for a Senior Patient Services Executive (Genetics) to coordinate and support the delivery of our Genetic Services, including Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT), across all Care Fertility clinics. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, professional and compassionate experience for our patients -- from referral through to treatment and results.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the coordination of our Group-wide Genetic Services, acting as a key point of contact for clinics, labs, genetic counsellors, and patients.
Administer and support the PGT service: log referrals, manage patient information, produce correspondence, and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Support patients through the PGT-M/-SR programs -- managing referrals, consultations, and conformance with clinical pathways.
Liaise with external diagnostic labs and regional genetics services to facilitate sample logistics, documentation, and results communication.
Manage diaries and arrange key meetings including PGT-MDT and Genetics Group meetings -- taking minutes and maintaining records.
Provide expert support for internal teams and patients for all genetics-related queries and referrals.
Deliver high-quality administrative support that keeps patients at the heart of everything we do.
There is the possibility of internal sponsorship for the Scientific Training Programme (STP) in Genomic Counselling for eligible applicants.
About You:
You're detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in patient-focused admin roles, ideally in healthcare or genetics.
You have exceptional communication skills -- empathetic, professional, and able to work confidently with sensitive patient information.
You're comfortable navigating clinical systems, digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook), and managing documentation with accuracy.
You understand the importance of confidentiality, compliance, and working within regulatory frameworks like GDPR and the HFEA Code of Practice.
You take pride in delivering outstanding service and thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
What You Bring:
Significant experience in a senior or advanced administrative role in a healthcare or patient services setting.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex processes across multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with fertility treatment or genetic services (desirable but not essential -- training will be provided).
A growth mindset and commitment to personal development and continuous improvement.
Location:
We're based at Care Fertility Nottingham, John Webster House, Business Park, 6 Lawrence Dr, Nottingham NG8 6PZ.
You will work between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Benefits include:
Salary of 26,000.00 per annum
33 Days annual leave (inc. public holidays)
Pension scheme
Life assurance
A range of other benefits including retail discounts and a wellbeing hub.
