Experience is non-negotiable--you

must

have worked as the lead at an Accountancy Practice or within a Payroll Bureau. We need someone who has thrived in the fast-paced world of a multi-client environment, where juggling deadlines, managing complexities, and delivering exceptional service are just part of the job -- your payroll and pension technical skills need to be top-notch. This isn't a role for beginners; we need someone with a wealth of experience and knowledge who knows the ins and outs of the industry like the back of their hand.

It would be a massive bonus if you're already a BrightPay user, as it's our payroll software of choice. While it's not a deal-breaker if you haven't used it, familiarity with BrightPay would definitely give you a head start and make settling in even smoother
