We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced People Advisor to join our friendly and busy team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting colleagues across the whole organisation - from trading and clinical teams to non-clinical areas - by providing expert guidance and practical solutions on all people matters.
You'll work together with Managers on a variety of topics, including absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes, while also leading recruitment for our trading and non-clinical areas. Your proactive approach will help us attract, develop, and retain great people who can drive our organisation forward. You'll also take the lead on wellbeing initiatives, helping us to create a positive, supportive workplace where colleagues can thrive. In addition, you'll support managers with volunteer policy development and initiatives to keep our volunteers engaged and valued.

To apply, you will be CIPD qualified with previous experience providing HR Support and guidance on a wide range of topics. You will need to be flexible and able to work to deadlines in a busy environment, often with changing priorities. This role is part-time, 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (some flexibility) and is office based.
