The Role




Join our growing

People Operations

team as a

Senior People Operations Coordinator

& play a key role in ensuring our team members have a seamless experience throughout their LemFi journey from onboarding, off-boarding to day-to-day support. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key HR processes within a global, fast-growing fintech company with a great potential to grow within the role.

How You'll Contribute



Optimize processes:

Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager on automating and scaling our on and off-boarding experience, ensuring smooth logistics, compliance, and communication.

Own the HR Ops Lifecycle:

Manage some of our operations processes including benefits, leave management, probations, RTW, contracts, EOR vendors and global HR administration.

Drive impact with Data:

Maintain accurate, compliant employee data in Rippling (our HRIS) and support people reporting and analytics.

Own Day-to-day Employee queries:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and empathetic support.

Support on employee relations matters:

E.g., preparing termination letters, assisting with PIPs, misconduct processes etc.

Co-lead on HR projects and change initiatives

: This could include automations, system implementations, change initiatives and process improvements.

Lead on Engagement:

Collaborate with the wider People Team on global culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives.

3+ years People experience, bonus if you have been part of a Global People Team You have co-led or successfully supported HR projects or change initiatives You have successfully owned processes and procedures related to the full employee lifecycle Bonus: you have experience with managing EOR vendors
