Job Description

The role:




Ensure people practices are seamless, compliant and scalable across Europe, Asia and US/Canada Drive operational excellence in day-to-day HR processes, enabling a smooth employee lifecycle and supporting teams - both by managing daily operations and continuously improving processes

Key responsibilities:




People Operations




Own day-to-day People Ops support for entire employee lifecycle for employees across the EU, Asia and and US/Canada (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, etc.) Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies Manage core HR platforms (Rippling, Deel etc.) Act as the point of contact for employment queries across the EU and US Work closely with finance and external providers to manage payroll cycles, benefits providers, and employee data Ad hoc support for other employee groups as business needs require

Process, Systems & Data




Develop and optimise scalable processes for key employee lifecycle moments (e.g., promotions, relocations, probation, exits) Own and improve our HR systems and data integrity across tools (HRIS, knowledge base) Build internal documentation for people processes, policies, and FAQs Monitor and report on key People Ops metrics (e.g., onboarding NPS, engagement, compliance rates, attrition, revenue per employee and HRIS accuracy)

Employee Relations




Serve as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee relations matters Support and coach managers on employee concerns, performance issues and conflict resolution Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee issues across regions Partner with legal and external counsel on sensitive or complex ER cases as needed Maintain and update company policies, handbooks and internal documentation Monitor trends in engagement, attrition, or concerns to identify preventative action

Projects & Continuous Improvement




Lead or support people-related projects across regions (e.g. benefits review, HRIS optimisation, job architecture, onboarding revamp and policy rollouts)

Workplace Experience




Ensure consistently excellent experience for remote and hybrid employees Coordinate perks, recognition and wellbeing initiatives that align with culture and budget Manage regional workplace vendors for our office hubs

Cross-Functional Support




Partner with Legal, Finance, IT and external providers on contracts, compliance, monthly reporting and audits Support Talent Acquisition with smooth processes for hiring, onboarding, and internal changes Collaborate on initiatives that improve the overall employee experience


Must-have skills and experience:




Experience in People Ops in a scaling global tech company Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance across at least two EU markets and US or Canada Experience working with EOR providers Proficient with HR systems Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment Proactive, solutions-orientated and able to prioritise competing priorities

Experience in a fintech * Experience with Rippling as HRIS
