The Opportunity



Primary

Responsibilities:



Work within a global HRIS team responsible for the business configuration and maintenance of all active modules within Workday Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday's Talent & Performance module, leading its configuration, transformation, and ongoing maintenance across the firm. Drive the support, development and promotion of Peakon, configuring surveys and seeking opportunities for global success. Manage technical support for Workday Job Architecture, maintaining and developing job profile components to align with processes and strategic goals. Operate the HRIS team helpdesk in ServiceNow, helping to resolve, escalate and triage tickets in collaboration with the wider team. Assist with Workday HCM change requests and defect resolution. Advise internal stakeholders on technical solutions to optimize and automate operations and processes. Contribute to the HRIS team's roadmap and deliver on key initiatives. Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to overcome system limitations. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with appropriate teams and individuals. Partner with internal IT teams, considering the downstream impact on systems. Configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical solutions using tools such as Workday Community. Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, performing regression testing, discovering new features, and communicating changes to key stakeholders.

Qualifications, skills and

experience



Minimum of two years' experience as a Workday Talent & Performance SME Experience in configuring and maintaining Peakon to meet business requirements Demonstrated experience in maintaining Workday Skills and a comprehensive understanding of associated AI functionalities. Knowledge of Workday Job Architecture and experience in organising and restructuring components are considered beneficial. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, with good insights into how the platform is best operated Proficient in Workday reporting and calculated fields Previous experience in supporting Workday Extend applications highly desirable Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and other HRIS tools Clear communicator, able to converse effectively across multiple global teams Passionate about mentoring and building strong understanding of Workday capabilities Analytical approach to problem-solving Sound understanding of HR Systems processes and functionality Ability to work well within a global and sometimes virtual team
