Are you a values-driven HR leader who loves working with people and driving performance? This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the HR function at Erewash Health Partnership as we work on our ambitious 5-year vision. You'll play a key role in building a modern, responsive, and people-focused support service for our Primary Care Network.

About the Role



We're looking for an experienced, solution-focused Senior HR/People Lead to set up and lead our HR, Training, and Health & Safety function. You'll work closely with our GP practices, senior leadership, and delivery partners to implement our People Strategy.

This role is both hands-on and strategic. You'll set up transactional HR systems, lead on employee wellbeing, culture, and development, and ensure we comply with employment law, CQC, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities



Design and deliver a high-performing HR and People function, including Training and H&S.

Partner with the Managing Partner, CEO, and SLT to provide expert HR advice and leadership.

Implement our People Strategy focusing on wellbeing, psychological safety, and continuous learning.

Oversee recruitment, employee relations, reward & recognition, and policy development.

Lead a small HR and Training team and contribute to wider business planning.

What We Are Looking For



CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum, ideally Level 7).

5+ years leading and delivering HR/People strategies and services.

Proven experience managing HR operations and influencing senior leadership.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems, and regulatory compliance.

Success in delivering L&D, wellbeing, and people engagement initiatives.

Excellent communicator with interpersonal, planning, and decision-making skills.

Able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:



Dependant on Experience c55,000 per annum (pro rata if app) NHS Pension Parking Life insurance Sick pay
