Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...
You will be responsible for collecting, validating and analysing investment performance data to ensure accuracy and deliver high quality reporting. You will work within a team of performance measurement professionals with an emphasis on building on the team's relationship with CTI stakeholders and third-party vendors.
How you'll spend your time...
Collect, validate and analyze performance returns gross and net at portfolio level, share class and benchmark data from internal FactSet and external vendors such FEInfo, Lipper and Morningstar.
Prepare accurate performance and attribution reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hocs) for Client Reporting, Presentation, RFP and Senior Management teams.
Produce and distribute performance reports such as fund reports, Peer Report comparisons using FactSet.
Respond to performance related queries from investment professionals and senior management and ensure that queries are investigated appropriately and resolved satisfactorily within specified time frames.
Assume additional responsibilities, projects and miscellaneous assignments as requested.
Support European and Emerging Market Desk deliverables and ad-hocs.
Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting including SRRI and PRIIPs calculations using FactSet.
Take on key initiatives and responsibilities as required.
To be successful in this role you will have...
Solid working knowledge of performance calculations gained within Asset Management industry.
Degree educated, (Accounting, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics preferable) or equivalent experience.
Strong numerical and communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent computer skills using Excel and VBA.
Excellent organization skills, the ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail and accuracy a necessity.
Understanding of retail funds such as OEIC and SICAV products.
High level of understanding of equity attribution reporting.
Ability to identify improvements to internal processes and systems.
Be able to demonstrate skills in the understanding and debugging of process and methodologies.

Detailed understanding and communication of performance measurement calculation, such as various types of returns gross and net and competitive ranking calculations.
Detailed understanding of performance measurement systems, processes, data, and reports.
Experience with vendor systems, such as Factset, FEInfo, Morningstar, Lipper, StatPro, MYSS.
Product knowledge of Retail Funds (OEIC, UT, SICAV, TPEN).
