Job Description

We're a car finance led sales business in a serious growth phase. No shiny showroom. No bloated team. Just real traction, strong profit, and big ambition.

You won't be slotting into a rigid marketing department. You'll be building the growth engine from scratch. This is your shot to lead performance marketing inside a fast scaling business where the founder wants a partner, not an employee.

Now we need a performance marketer who wants to be the person behind our next stage of growth. Someone who wants ownership, not micromanagement. Someone who lives in ad platforms, knows how to scale spend, and thrives on seeing leads turn into sales.

We've built the foundations: 15k to 20k per month in Meta, Google, and TikTok ad spend. What we don't have is the performance marketing brain in house to take it to the next level. That's you.

You'll sit inside the business, working directly with the founder, our content creator, and the inbound finance team. That means fast feedback on lead quality, real visibility on conversions, and zero time wasted waiting on updates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Take charge of our paid acquisition Meta, Google, TikTok and scale it from 15k to 50k per month and beyond Launch and optimise campaigns daily. You'll write copy, build creatives, and tweak audiences like a pro Partner with our content creator to deliver constant creative testing Work with our inbound finance team to track lead quality and refine campaign targeting in real time Build and improve our attribution setup we want crystal clear visibility on where every lead came from and what it cost Own the numbers: ROAS, CPL, CAC. No fluff. No vanity metrics
WHO YOU ARE:

5 plus years in performance marketing, managing real budgets with real results Deep experience in Meta and Google Ads. TikTok is a bonus, not a must You're hands on: build, test, analyse, repeat You can write a headline, set up a campaign, and build a retargeting flow without help You get why attribution matters and can work with a team to implement the right tools Most importantly: you want ownership. You want to be the driver, not the passenger
