Key Responsibilities:

PAID CHANNEL CAMPAIGN PLANNING & STRATEGY

Supporting the Head of Digital Growth, own the performance marketing workflow and relevant feedback loops both with internal teams and external agency partners, continually testing new creative, audiences, bidding strategies and customer journeys in order to meet conversion, acquisition and retention KPIs.
Work closely with the in house creative studio to brief in ad creative and form best practice guidelines by channel and in compliance with Trtl brand guidelines across TikTok Shop, Amazon and Meta.
Remain agile to trends within ad messaging and creative, continuously monitoring for opportunities to borrow, test and learn cross-functionally from organic social, CRM, and CX teams.
Liaise with the Head of Digital Growth to plan budget pacing across all paid channels.
Stay informed on the changing performance marketing landscape and be ready to quickly pivot to adapt to new ad technology, Ai and workflow efficiencies.
Forecast trade for web, amazon and TikTok + play a fundamental role in shaping sufficient guardrails to quickly launch, test and learn with new channels and markets.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS

Support the Head of Digital Growth in the full reporting cycle, showcasing paid channel performance against commercial and strategic targets.
Play an integral role in establishing robust reporting and measurement frameworks using platforms inc. but not limited to : Looker Studio, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, MerchantSpring and TikTok Ad Manager.

COORDINATION OF ALL CAMPAIGNS & DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and optimise product feeds for all international Trtl web and Amazon domains and TikTok Shop accounts.
Supporting the Head of Digital Growth and working alongside partner agencies, plan and schedule all paid campaigns for new product launches, promotional moments, collaborations and partnerships across Meta, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Continuously monitor and optimise channel performance, identifying risks early and driving rapid response to opportunities. In close collaboration with the Head of Digital Growth, serve as the primary point of contact for performance marketing agencies (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and meet performance targets.

Skills & Experience:

An agile and innately analytical thinker with the right balance of attention to detail and the ability to get the job done. 3+ years experience in performance marketing with proven hands on experience in platform managing paid campaigns across a broad mix of channels but with a focus specialism in Meta, Google. Amazon and TikTok. Robust knowledge of performance marketing metrics and their application to achieve business goals. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience within a fast paced start-up / SME or D2C Ecommerce business is not essential but will make you a great fit for the Trtl team culture and ways of working. Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
