More about your role



You'll support the Performance Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across channels like paid search, social, and display. You'll carry out keyword research, create ad copy, and set audience targeting to ensure strong campaign performance. Working closely with our paid media agency and internal teams, you'll monitor daily metrics, recommend adjustments, and help align campaigns with brand and marketing objectives. You'll analyse performance data to improve CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, while also contributing to A/B testing and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.





The Essential Criteria for this role is listed below.


Over two years' experience in performance marketing, paid media, or a comparable digital marketing role. Skilled in using digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Solid understanding of core performance marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, along with practical knowledge of optimisation techniques. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and interpreting data to guide campaign improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Marketing qualifications such as a CIM Certificate (or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.

You're also familiar with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
