About the Role



We're looking for a

Senior Performance Marketing Manager

to lead the growth strategy across our clients' paid channels - primarily

Meta

and

Google

, with scope to expand into TikTok and other emerging platforms. You'll be responsible for driving measurable growth for clients, optimising budgets for ROI, and ensuring our campaigns deliver tangible business outcomes, not just clicks.

This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management. You'll guide a small social team, collaborate with our designers on creative direction, and act as a key point of contact for clients. Your remit extends beyond campaign execution - you'll identify new growth opportunities, shape account strategies, and play a pivotal part in the agency's digital direction.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other performance platforms. Develop and deliver growth strategies tailored to each client's objectives and lifecycle stage. Oversee and mentor a small paid media team, fostering data-driven, results-focused thinking. Collaborate with design to create high-performing, conversion-focused ad creatives. Manage budgets, bidding, and targeting strategies to maximise efficiency and ROI. Analyse and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable growth recommendations. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client accounts. Support new business proposals and strategic planning alongside the leadership team. Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels, formats, and automation opportunities.

Skills & Experience



Minimum 3 years' agency experience in performance or paid media roles. Proven success scaling client campaigns and improving ROI across Meta and Google Ads. Confident managing budgets, data analysis, and performance reporting. Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing junior team members. Excellent client communication and presentation abilities. Highly organised, analytical, and commercially driven. Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot) is advantageous.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
