We're looking for a curious, creative, and highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to launch, test, and scale our acquisition channels. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of our performance marketing engine--designing experimentation roadmaps, systematically identifying opportunities, and validating what truly drives growth.
You'll have significant autonomy to test and learn with minimal constraints, while building the frameworks and systems that connect performance strategies across multiple products, categories, and user journeys.
This is a hybrid role, based three days per week in our London HQ.
