By taking a patient first approach and through compassion and commitment you will focus on helping patients to optimise medicines use by involving them in making decisions about their medicines.You will collaborate with other teams, communicating effectively to ensure a safe, seamless integrated transfer of care for our patients, providing an integrated delivery of medicines to ensure cost effective, safe and safe and appropriate use of medicines.Expected shortlisting date: 23.05.2025Planned interview date: 02.06.2025Main duties of the jobThe post holder will provide a variety of duties across the multi-speciality wards, including ordering and receipt of medicines, stock management including returned medicines, labelling & dispensing, liaising with patients and other NHS staff, answering telephone queries and clerical duties. This post may involve working across all sites at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.Ideally we are are looking for full time, 37.5 hours a week.
