It is essential you can work accurately under pressure and possess the ability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently ensuring a high level of professionalism, alongside providing a high-quality service to our patients.
You will gain experience across a variety of clinical specialities and so it is essential applicants are patient-focused, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are passionate about upholding Trust values in order to provide the best possible service.
We welcome applications from community pharmacy staff, or candidates from other sectors of pharmacy seeking new experiences or are keen to develop their skills in a different area of practice.
You will be expected to integrate into the multi-disciplinary team and work closely with the Clinical Pharmacist to maximise medicines optimisation; duties will include drug history taking, patient counselling, co-ordinating the supply of discharge medication from wards, audit, and training of multi-disciplinary team members in medicines management issues.
