Sales Manager - Technical Manufacturing - East Grinstead - Up to \xc3\x82\xc2\xa345,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme
This is a fantastic opportunity for any Sales professional looking to join a company with a clear progression plan to excel their career. They are a very unique company who focus on manufacturing safety equipment to the highest of standards to distribute across the globe. They are now looking for a Sales professional to excel their sales and assist with their continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and help to obtain annual budget for sales.
- Help plan regular targeted sales tours, based on marketing intelligence, both alone and/or in the company of other FTT personnel.
- Provide feedback to the FTT support department on any equipment issues and provide support to the customers in the field where able.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other relevant points with both Agents and End-Users.
- Gain a technical understanding of all products and their applications.
- Update quotations when new price lists become available.
- Constantly review the market situation with a view to proposing and implementing new strategic initiatives where appropriate.
- Travel to European countries to visit customers and conferences.
- Populating the CRM system.
- Educated to degree level in Science / Engineering or similar
- 2+ years\' experience in sales
- Technical minded
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator
