Do you want to make decisions, recruit your own team, and shape your own clinic?
Are you looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps it may be time for a change?
We are looking to expand our clinics and have a vacancy for someone who fits our company culture.
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist who is considered a self-starter and has an interest in managing a clinic or has the experience in managing a clinic before.
The role is based in the Cobham, Surrey area and is currently a one-room clinic location covering 5 days per week, 0830-2030 and Saturday morning.
Flexibility to provide care for patients and team members around their schedule would be helpful. Our Managers currently work in varying working patterns to ensure the success of our clinics.
You will lead the site, ensuring excellence in clinical standards while driving operational performance to meet agreed goals in line with our annual business plan.
The role forms part of the Clinical Leadership Team, fostering effective communication and embedding in the company's values and vision across Perfect Balance Clinic.
Your role will be achieved through consistent engagement and group mentoring sessions with each of your clinical team, actively overseeing the clinical mentoring program across your site, while also fulfilling your duties as a key clinical team member. You will see your own caseload of patients to keep you in touch with clinical life and referral pathways.
Our team is warm, proactive, and highly organised - and we're excited to grow!
We pride ourselves on maintaining a personal approach for both our staff and patients while delivering exceptional clinical care. We're looking for someone whose skills and passion will help us uphold these high standards and contribute to our continued success. Join us, and be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and growth

Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Openness to working with a wide range of patients, often with complex needs, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary (MDT) approach.
Previous leadership or team management experience.
Business development and networking skills to promote and optimise clinic success.
Highly organised, with a love for collaboration and teamwork.
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude - qualities we value in all our therapists and managers.
A commitment to continuous professional growth and delivering evidence-based clinical care.
