Flexible Work Schedule :

Our teams operate Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm (excluding bank holidays), ensuring you have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Whether you're an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist or looking to advance from a Band 5 role, we provide robust support to help you thrive.

Holistic Care :

You'll conduct specialist assessments and reviews aimed at improving or maintaining quality of life. Help individuals take control of their health with tailored rehabilitation interventions, personalized care planning, and goal setting.

Integrated Services :

Enhance access to services through a coordinated MDT approach, ensuring comprehensive care for our community members.



Your Role:



Patient Care :

Conduct assessments and plan treatments for patients with diverse conditions, making appropriate referrals to our partners.

Leadership :

Contribute to the MDT by allocating visits and supporting clinical and operational leads. You'll also supervise and develop colleagues, enhancing both clinical and non-clinical skills across the four pillars of practice.

Mobility :

A full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential as you'll cover various geographic areas within the CTT North service provision (Horsham, Crawley and Mid-Sussex).

Service development and Quality Improvement :

As a growing and developing service, there are many exciting opportunities to participate in creating and implementing change and utilising new skills. This can be supported by additional training and professional development opportunities.
