About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career by developing your management and leadership skills within a supportive team. You will work closely with the senior management team who will provide you with ongoing support and mentorship. In addition, you will bring excellent clinical skills in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, underpinned by advanced theoretical knowledge of professional practice in the private sector. Within this role you will be the clinical leader of the team of physiotherapists, rehab therapists, massage therapists and Pilates instructors. You will also provide the link between the 'clinical team' and the 'reception team', working closely with the head receptionist to ensure effective communication between teams to deliver a seamless service to our clients.

To offer experienced, educated insight and guidance to the clinical team on how to further develop their clinical skills.
To be a supportive partner for the clinical team members in the planning of their individual continuing professional development (CPD) pathways.
To assist in the planning, implementation and management of the in-house CPD programme.
To be an advocate of the clinical services and specialties.
To lead and drive the development of new clinical services and specialities.
To maintain and strengthen relationships with medical referrers.
To build new medical partnerships to create new referral pathways.
To help build new community partners relevant to the growth and evolution of the clinic.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To be a respectful, approachable and honest leader and advocate for the clinical team.
To behave and encourage team behaviour in line with the company's core values through leading by consistent example on a daily basis.
To create a harmonious team with shared values and visions.
To be an effective communicator between the clinical and reception teams to ensure efficient day to day running of the clinic.
Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in adult and adolescent physiotherapy underpinned by advanced theoretical knowledge of professional practice.
To act as a specialist physiotherapist resource using highly developed clinical skills, theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
To be active in developing and maintaining strong medical referral links and community partner links.
To facilitate innovation, research and evidence-based practice by critically appraising current best practice and implementing changes.
To advise on the development of clinical and professional protocols, setting and monitoring of standards of practice and care pathways within Physiotherapy and interdisciplinary team.
To be responsible for the prioritisation of own clinical and non-clinical caseload.

Salary package 40 - 45K including salary, financial bonus rewards and training.
