We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our knowledgeable and talent team at our Worcester service. As a key member of the Therapy team you will play a vital role by being responsible for delivering high quality, person centred physiotherapy services to all residents. You will also be responsible for providing management support to other members of the Therapy team by overseeing practice and providing any training for them as required.
As the Senior Physiotherapist you will play an active role in continually reviewing and enhancing the physiotherapy resident experience ensuring that every aspect of care is tailored, responsive and of the highest quality.

You will provide day to day support, supervision and guidance to members of the Therapy team.
You will contribute to planning and development of the service as well as ensuring that quality standards and effectiveness of resident care is continuing monitored and improved.
You'll responsible and accountable for physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based treatment plans whilst maintaining accurate and concise clinical records,
Participate in collecting and analysing clinical audit data and use of relevant outcome measure, carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans.
Advise on mobility and manual handling devices and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.
You will build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with residents and their families ensuring a personalised and caring approach.
Our bespoke neurocare and rehabilitation services are provided in an elegant home-from-home environment, and are designed around the needs and goals of each person. We do not place a limit on the possibility of recovery; we understand that every person is different.
Our specialist service in Worcester is a stylish, modern environment which opened in 2020. In a quiet residential location, it is surrounded by peaceful gardens and pathways. Up to 43 people enjoy spacious ensuite rooms, comfortable shared lounge and dining areas, sleek glass balconies looking onto the Brook, and a state-of-the-art physiotherapy gym.

About You:
Be qualified and registered with HCPC with specialist experience of treating adults with complex neurological conditions (e.g. Brain and Spinal injuries, stroke, early-onset dementia and progressive neurological conditions)
Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals
Excellent verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees.
Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs
Ideally have experience in leading, supervising or mentoring others
A commitment to ongoing professional development and service improvement.
