What you'll be doing:

Responsible for the delivery of Physiotherapy services to all residents who have diverse and complex needs and work as a member of the multidisciplinary Neurocare team. Provide professional leadership in all aspects of Physiotherapy as required by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Implement and evaluate individual treatment and rehabilitation plans liaising with other relevant agencies as appropriate; utilising effective clinical reasoning skills and evidenced based practice to develop individualised care plans. Support with ongoing treatment, monitoring, support and assessment of residents' physical needs. Lead appropriate therapeutic group sessions and participate in sensory programmes for residents in prolonged disorders of consciousness. Use a range of communication skills to engage effectively with residents and their families. Maintain up to date, concise clinical records and provide reports as necessary for each resident's case review.

We're looking for :

A qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration. Previous experience working within a neuro environment is essential for this role. You'll have experience managing a team and working with other healthcare professionals. Commitment to make a real difference to the lives of our patients. Have excellent communications skills, a great attitude to teamwork and a desire to lead on patient care. Flexible to work shifts.
