Role
As a Pega Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications that align with enterprise standards and best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega Platform
Strong knowledge of declarative rules, agents, data transforms, and integrations
Experience with Pega Integration components - Connectors, Services, Data Pages
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Pega Deployment Manager)
Certified Pega CSA (Certified System Architect); CSSA or CLSA is a plus
Understanding of Agile delivery models
Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications
As a seasoned resource in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters
Takes on additional responsibilities as and when required and encourage cohesion & team building
Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects
Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives
Mentors the other technical staff, assists them where needed and leads the effort in resolving technical challenges
Guide and participate in recruiting best technical talent for the team
Ensures adherence to standards and best practices (e.g. source code control, code reviews etc.)
