About you:
The right person will:
Be passionate about working for a rural local planning authority.
Have previous experience of working in planning or a related sector.
Be a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team and with other people and organisations.
Have experience of Geographical Information Systems and database management.
Have an attention for detail.
What you will do:
The job holder will support the Council by:
Undertaking research and evidence gathering on specific planning policy topic areas to inform planning policy.
Engaging and collaborating with partners and stake-holders on the development of planning policy.
Monitoring the delivery and impact of planning policies.

Salary: Grade 10 Point 27 to Point 29 38,220 to 39,862 per annum 19.81 to 20.66 per hour
