Christmas Closure
- The office will close for the week between Christmas and New Year. This will normally be unpaid, but you may use annual leave or, if preferred, arrange to work from the office.
Job Purpose Summary:
To work as part of the scheduling team, coordinating and scheduling maintenance and repair works for residential and commercial clients. This includes managing each job from initial booking through to completion, ensuring any issues are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening jobs and loading it on to the system software.
Speaking to clients and booking in appointments for maintenance issues and project work.
Organising engineer's diaries in logistical manner to provide complete instructions for the job.
To answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients within reasonable time frame according to service level agreement.
Taking ownership and handling the communication on job from start to finish.
Updating clients on jobs in progress and delays on the jobs.
Updating residents if we will be late to a job or early.
Developing an understanding of rotating and moving the diary over (logistics of bookings).
Gaining knowledge of prioritising jobs and adapting and controlling the engineer's directions in the road.
Essential Requirements:
This role will benefit someone who has experience in property management or property maintenance industry and is looking to advance their career in the same industry. The ideal candidate will have a strongunderstanding of London postcodes and excellent logistical planning skills.
