We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior PR and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering AAT\xe2\x80\x99s PR Strategy for both UK and International Markets.


Term: Fixed Term Contract till 30 September 2024
Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
What exactly will you be doing?

As Senior PR and Communications Manager, you will lead the execution of AAT\'s PR strategies across the UK and international markets. This critical role supports our 2030 corporate strategy by driving impactful communications and close collaboration with the PR and Policy teams on key initiatives.
Major objectives

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns that raise awareness and consideration of our products among key stakeholders and customer groups.
  • Lead PR efforts in international markets with timely, relevant, and high-impact activities.
  • Build a network of expert PR agencies and freelancers, managing delivery and maximizing value. Maintain contacts internationally that deliver consistent, on-strategy narratives tailored to local needs.
  • Promote and protect our core brand values. Work closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns and compelling PR stories that showcase our brand, products, services, and customer experiences.
  • Secure high-profile broadcast, national, and digital media coverage that enhances our reputation and reaches new audiences.



What are we looking for?

  • Deep understanding of media operations and effective PR strategies that drive successful campaigns.
  • Skilled at conveying messages through diverse tones and styles for various audiences.
  • Build and maintain responsive relationships with journalists and media outlets.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in writing, presentations, and verbally with all stakeholders.
  • Quickly synthesize information and think creatively to translate objectives into impactful PR concepts.
  • Expertise in managing crisis communications scenarios.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset to deliver evidence-based campaigns.
  • Significant experience executing integrated communications plans across channels.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading high-performing PR initiatives, both B2B and B2C.
  • Experience of supporting Policy and Public Affairs strategy and campaigns.
