Job Description

As Senior Nurse, you will:

Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care. Take on management responsibilities, including supporting the nursing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and contributing to service improvement. Lead on areas such as infection control, chronic disease management, and clinical governance. Support the Practice Manager and Partners with training, audits, and compliance requirements.

About you:

Registered Nurse (NMC). Strong clinical background, ideally with primary care or community experience. Proven leadership or supervisory experience. Confident in managing and developing a team. Organised, proactive, and able to balance clinical and management responsibilities.
