Engage in safeguarding and care planning within the East Team.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management.
Provide expert advice and support to junior practitioners and other team members.
Conduct assessments and develop care plans in line with legal and policy frameworks.
Work closely with families, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a social care or safeguarding setting.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
