What you will do:

• Engage with and support the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) by providing expert guidance on child protection and safeguarding matters
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions to ensure child safety and welfare
• Collaborate with professionals from various sectors such as health, education, and law enforcement to gather and analyse information
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual children's needs
• Record and monitor cases accurately to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
