Salary: \xc2\xa331,500 per annum plus 10% shift allowance

Location: Leeds

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, 30-minute break

Work Model: Hybrid, approx. 60% onsite 40% remote

Role Overview

We are recruiting a Senior Presentations Services Operator for one of our UK Financial Advisory, Banking Clients. The role requires an individual who has excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, fair knowledge of Word, and who is looking to further their experience in MS Office applications as well as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience in managing workflow nr Pand deputising for departmental leads.

Document Production Team

You will work as part of a team liaising closely with clients, acting on a regular basis to assist with workflow, deadlines and issues so that the Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements can be effectively managed, while developing effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to promote a strong working team. Daily tasks include producing presentation materials using PowerPoint, Word and Excel, taking responsibility for the work in terms of the final product, i.e. consistency, deadline management, accuracy and quality in accordance with the corporate guidelines. Also taking responsibility for the management of the document, within time and quality parameters, handling customer queries relating to these documents in a professional, consultative and helpful manner at all times. Liaising with Clients using clear communication, and upholding WL reputation. Finally, as a senior member of the team you will be expected to support your own progression, adopting a continuous development mentality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately creating and amending presentations/documents in a timely manner and to corporate standards
  • Ensuring all work is quality checked/proofed to the highest standards and delivered right at the first time
  • Estimating production time before each job, and liaising with the team to ensure deadline adherence
  • Communicating effectively with Team Leader, Client and team, as appropriate, to help effectively manage operational needs and manage client expectations
  • Deploying excellent communication skills by producing clear, comprehensive, and effective handovers for any incoming staff
  • Taking a pro-active approach to attendance and time management
  • Deliver template and process training for new Presentations Services recruits
  • Ensuring adherence to all departmental, company and client policies and procedures
  • Maintaining compliance on all relevant H&S and FCA regulated material
  • Reporting operational / IT problems, as appropriate
  • Ensuring a professional attitude and appearance (use of corporate dress code) at all times
  • Champion the Williams Lea culture by living the values and leading by example
Key Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of presentations services departmental processes
  • Good Knowledge of complex chart creation and solving issues in Excel
  • Ability to work in PowerPoint master slides, working with themes and experience of creating PPT templates
  • Ability to manage workflow and act as Workflow Coordinator
  • Excellent Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Office 2016)
  • Confident approach to working with all the MS office applications and ability to learn fast on the job
  • Thinking of creative ways to display clients\xe2\x80\x99 information on slides in engaging ways
  • Possess great attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy, with a \xe2\x80\x98right first time\xe2\x80\x99 attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills, and standard of delivery, confident in liaising with clients, deploying good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, showing delivery focus, as well as adaptability and flexible approach
