As a Senior Pricing Analyst, your insights will directly influence business success. Using advanced actuarial and statistical techniques, you'll turn complex data into actionable pricing decisions that boost volume, income, and profit. Your work will have an immediate impact on conversion and retention - making you a key player in Ageas' growth story.
Main Responsibilities as Senior Pricing Analyst - Market:

• Lead and mentor Pricing Analysts, sharing your expertise and developing talent.
• Build and validate predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Optimise pricing strategies to boost conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions.
• Drive projects across the full pricing cycle, ensuring accuracy and innovation at every stage.

Skills and experience you need as Senior Pricing Analyst - Market:

• 2+ years in insurance pricing or a similar analytical role.
• Strong programming skills (Radar and/or Emblem) and experience with predictive modelling.
• Knowledge of price optimisation and behavioural modelling.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
