Job description 1

Senior Principal (Government & Public Services), London or Manchester

Korn Ferry is a global leader in purpose-led change. By helping our clients connect their strategy, talent and culture, we make a positive impact that lasts for generations.

We recruit creative, collaborative, problem-solvers and give them career-defining opportunities to work on some of the biggest workforce and organisational challenges in the country.

Our Government & Public Services team is growing rapidly. We\'re hiring Senior Principals ready to help transform the front-line of public services, working across an exciting portfolio of councils, hospitals, social housing, and education providers.

You\'ll bring HR generalist expertise gained in a public sector organization and be keen to utilise and develop these further in a consulting environment. We meet our clients where they are - so you must be prepared to travel to clients weekly which will mean overnight stays away from home.

If you have expertise in helping transform organizations through organizational redesign, cost reduction, organizational effectiveness and re-modelling, we\'d love to hear from you.

As an HR generalist in the public sector, you\'ll also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of working alongside Trade Unions to achieve the best outcome and transformation. We believe change should happen with people and not to them.

We design and deliver the new strategy / solution so you must be enthusiastic to lead from the front and ensure all levels within an organization understand the importance of their role within the programme of change.

You\'ll thrive on driving meaningful change within the public sector to ensure sustainability and help future proof organizations as demands from both employees and the public increase.

You\'ll help us raise the bar for client impact, and mentor colleagues to do the same.
