Senior Private Nurse

to lead and manage a specialist nursing team supporting an elderly gentleman within his own home in Kensington.


The client has a complex cardiac, gastrointestinal, and respiratory history, requiring a well-coordinated, highly reliable nursing service. Care is delivered within a private residence, supported by a small, established nursing team. The household also includes a small, friendly dog, and applicants should be comfortable working in a home environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Provide clinical leadership and professional oversight of the private nursing team, managing the rota to ensure we have the correct mixture of clinical skills Take full responsibility for stock, consumables, equipment, and medication logistics Ensure policies, care plans and risk assessments are implemented consistently Liaise discreetly with family members, clinicians, and suppliers as required

Experience and Qualifications We're Looking For

An Adult Nursing degree with an active NMC pin Experience in ITU/critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation Experience managing clinical teams Experience in a community setting
