Role:
Own capability Catalogue and Process mapping:
Develop a service/capability catalogue for the end-to-end value stream
Build a process catalogue aligned to services/capabilities, with an application alignment matrix linking systems to processes and clearly document process controls
Ensure that enterprise processes are mapped, assessed, optimised, and simplified where possible - whether through technology-enabled change or simplification initiatives
Consolidate feature-level impact assessments (from Business Analysts) into a single enterprise view
Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and gaps
Support process Simplification workshops - ran by the client:
Facilitate simplification workshops with cross-functional teams
Gather and document ideas, issues, and improvements opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis of complexity in current processes
Design simplified to-be processes aligned with best practice and value chain. Track simplification initiatives in a central opportunity register
Options Analysis & Requirements Support
Conduct options analysis to evaluate alternative process designs and technology enablement
Provide impact assessments for each option to support decision-making
Derive process-driven requirements from to-be designs
Ensure traceability between requirements, processes, and capabilities
Support requirements validation workshops
Tooling, templates, and Professional Outputs
Develop and maintain industry standard templates for process maps (Level 0-3), impact assessments, RACI, catalogues
Ensure consistent frameworks and methodologies are applied across all analysts
Create professional outputs for stakeholders including executive-ready presentations, visual dashboards, and concise reports
Package deliverables in a format that can be reused as reference assets (playbooks, catalogues, toolkits)
Support knowledge transfer by maintaining a central repository of all processes and change artefacts
