Job Requirements
Responsibilities:Site lead for control and development of solution mixing and process chemistry focusing on solution preparation. Supporting the continuous development of the process management system to ensure the - manufacturing process is running within the desired parameters + Daily reactive planning in line with production priorities and operational meetings
+ Develop a long-term project plan driving continuous improvement
Responsible for facilitating and maintaining continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives for the site Lead projects in relation to new product introduction, cost saving and efficiency improvements reducing waste and process variability Lead the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), prioritised in line with plant strategy, new product introduction and site risk matrix. Develop and deliver technical training packages to the production team on site with respect to the technical aspect of the process and operations Understand and deploy continuous improvement, statistical tools, lean manufacturing and problem-solving techniques to optimise OEE. Facilitate and coach the use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective preventative action, recognized internal tools QK, BAT, 8D. Lead role in Management of change assessing safety and process critical risks and mitigation; maintaining an up to date document management system Liaising with Engineering team with regards to leading, managing and planning shutdown operations through to plant commissioning.
Support Quality and Production, to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner,30 Days. Support and contribute to the drive for world class manufacturing and TPM Support on site material science development Support and contribute to personal development, personal performance reviews and reviews of others

Qualifications:
Educated to Bachelors level or above in chemical or engineering fields with manufacturing and process experience
Preferably a member of iCheme
IT SystemsMicrosoft Office Minitab (desirable)
