Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Proclaim Developer

who will design, develop, and maintain the Proclaim case management system within our legal business environment.?You will be responsible for creating and modifying workflows, templates, and reports, as well as integrating Proclaim with other systems.?You will also provide system support and troubleshoot issues, working collaboratively with various teams to improve efficiency and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Proclaim workflows, screens, and integrations. Collaborate with legal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Proclaim configurations, ensuring optimal performance and usability. Build and manage a team of Proclaim Developers in line with the growth of the business. Data Templates Management: Expertise in creating and managing data templates, including CSVs, XMLs, CDHs, and understanding all data descriptions. Proficient in Import and Exporting of cases Auto Routines: Capable of setting up and managing auto routines, including running code not associated with a specific case. Develop custom reports, linked actions, and manage task servers to support business processes. Integrate Proclaim with third-party systems and APIs where required. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards. Advanced Debugging and Ticket Resolution: Ability to debug and resolve tickets and user queries of mid to high difficulty. Document development work and maintain version control.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Proclaim development. Strong understanding of Proclaim architecture, database structure, and workflow design. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation advantageous. Familiarity with API integrations and web services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders. Experience in a legal environment is highly desirable.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
