Role Overview:

This role is based in EBIT's main office in Dorchester, Dorset and requires a minimum of three days in the office. Please only apply if you are able to commute to our office location.



As a Senior Procurement Analyst you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, performance improvement, and operational efficiency. You will maximise return for our clients by supporting the creation, management, and delivery of end-to-end procurement analytical activity across client projects, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction, commercial benefit, and business improvement. You will represent the best interests of EBIT and its clients, prioritising and focusing activities effectively, and building credibility and strong partnerships both internally and externally. Working closely with the Procurement Operations and Delivery teams, you will manage and deliver reporting requirements, provide advice in line with industry best practice, and deliver insights from complex analysis using BI dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-supported models. The role requires someone skilled in procurement concepts and tools, experienced in performing sophisticated data analysis, modelling, visualisation, and comfortable handling large data sets, producing in-depth reports, extracting and manipulating data, and applying complex formulae. This role offers exposure to a wide range of projects, requiring agility, adaptability, and continual learning through varied client engagements and internal initiatives. The role holder will assist in preparing presentation material to support communication to clients for new projects and/or project deliverables.

This is a critical role working with internal and external stakeholders to analyse and present the financial impact of strategic options, using BI and AI capabilities to deliver deeper insights and data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

You are a highly organised, analytical and commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast paced environment. You'll quickly build a deep understanding of EBIT and client objectives, business models and spend categories, translating complex requirements into clear priorities, action plans and high-quality outputs. Comfortable working with data and detail, you'll lead research, spend and supply-market analysis, produce insightful MI, KPI reporting and financial dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analysis that informs sourcing and operational decisions, track progress and support end-to-end procurement activity. A natural collaborator, you'll keep teams aligned, anticipate risks and opportunities, and use BI, AI and predictive tools to drive smarter decisions. You'll play a pivotal role in embedding AI across EBIT, helping shape how we use technology to deliver even greater value for our clients with relentless focus on quality. You'll bring strong analytical and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in cost analysis, statistical reporting, benchmarking and data modelling, with the confidence to work effectively with complex or incomplete datasets. You are highly numerate and detail-driven, demonstrating excellent data analysis skills across multiple platforms, combining critical thinking with a meticulous, quality-focused approach to deliver accurate, insightful outputs.
