We're looking for a well-organised and proactive Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our procurement team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support a wide range of procurement activities from managing supplier onboarding and travel bookings to keeping systems and records up to date.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to make sure procurement processes run smoothly, tickets are handled efficiently, and stakeholders are kept informed. You'll also help maintain key systems like NetSuite, Halo, and ClickTravel.

Please note, this role is fixed term for a period of 12-14 months to cover maternity leave.

What you'll be doing

Improving processes and procedures. Managing procurement queries and supplier communications. Supporting supplier onboarding and travel bookings. Keeping procurement systems and records up to date. Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.

Your experience

Experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-led environment Strong communication and organisational skills. Confidence using systems like NetSuite, Halo, and Soldo. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
