Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Key responsibilities:
1. Tendering & Strategic Sourcing
-Lead the full tender process (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements alignment, documentation preparation, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and final award.
-Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness, reduce risk, and improve supplier performance.
-Lead commercial contract negotiations, collaborate with Legal on contract review, and ensure timely contract execution.
2. Supplier Management
-Maintain and update the supplier database and support the development of a preferred/strategic supplier framework.
-Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve operational or commercial issues.
3. Procurement Operations
-Accurately manage PR, PO, contract, and goods acceptance processes in internal procurement systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
-Support budgeting, cost analysis, supplier reporting, and preparation of management reports.
Requirements
1 Education & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
-Minimum 5 years' procurement or sourcing experience; experience in automotive, marketing/events, or management consulting is an advantage.
-Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract terms, and supplier management methodologies.
-Experience working in UK organisations or multinational companies is preferred.

-Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
