Job Description

Join our Cybersecurity and Tech Controls Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) product organization as a Senior Product Associate. As a key member of our dynamic Product team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, timely solutions within our controls ecosystem. In this role, you will excel in a highly interactive environment, working closely with feature teams that embrace the full Agile SCRUM methodology. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting well-defined and integrated solutions that span across multiple products, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment within the ecosystem.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Owner and senior team members to gather, prioritize, and document user and stakeholder requirements. Assist in conducting user interviews and document user requirements that translate into actionable business outcomes. Support the organization and documentation of the backlog of user stories, including creating mock-ups as needed. Help manage product deliverables to meet stakeholder commitments and deadlines, identifying and addressing blockers to progress. Build and maintain effective relationships with users, sponsors, stakeholders, and key partners, managing their expectations. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and assist in securing sign-off from users. Validate acceptance criteria and results during UAT, promptly raising critical bugs. Support product releases before, during, and after deployment. Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, ensuring preparedness to prevent development delays.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation. Ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a drive to achieve targets and deliverables. Excellent organizational skills and time management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative solutions. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodology; basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence is beneficial. Experience in writing user stories and user journeys. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Previous experience in a product management role or similar capacity. Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams Strong JIRA and Confluence expertise. Experience of data analytics tools such as Qlik Sense and Alteryx BA/BSc or equivalent level of education and experience is preferred. * Knowledge of the Cybersecurity and Regulatory landscape
