As a Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels as we move from startup to scale-up. If you're excited to bring bold ideas to life and grow with us on this journey, this might be your chance!

What You'll Do

Lead UX/UI design for our e?commerce site and our new digital product Identify user needs through research, usability testing, feedback loops, and analytics Produce wireframes, high?fidelity mockups, and prototypes Ensure designs are pixel?perfect, consistent with brand aesthetics Develop standout visuals and concepts for major product launches and brand campaigns across web, digital, OOH, TV, and other marketing channels Create polished B2B decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides that align with brand and business goals Mentor junior designers, contribute to design processes and tools Work cross?functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

5+ years in product, UX, UI design - agency e?commerce experience a strong plus Proven proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, accessibility, responsive design Solid visual design sense: typography, grid systems, brand integration Experience conducting user research and usability testing Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions
