Senior Product Designer - Gifts & Souvenirs



Are you a creative thinker who can take an idea from concept to shelf-ready product? We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who understands not just how to design eye-catching merchandise, but how to bring it to life through real-world manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a designer with a strong grasp of the entire product development cycle--from idea generation through to creating technical files ready for production.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Designing a wide range of products across several categories including:

Clothing

(e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, headwear)

Souvenirs

(e.g., fridge magnets, keyrings, pin badges)

Homeware

(e.g., mugs, coasters, wall art) Taking product ideas from initial concept through to full production-ready artwork, ensuring designs are suitable for manufacture and consider production methods such as screen printing, dye-sublimation, laser cutting, injection moulding, or digital printing Preparing clear, detailed technical files for manufacturers and suppliers Designing engaging promotional materials: infographics, web sliders, videos, collection banners, and social media assets Developing packaging that enhances product appeal and aligns with brand identity
What We're Looking For:

A designer who understands both the creative and technical aspects of product development Someone who can think like a manufacturer and deliver production-ready files that meet real-world constraints Must be able to create visually appealing, on-brand designs with the goal of driving sales Able to efficiently produce design options and mock-ups for customer approval or internal review Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop Minimum 5 years of experience using Adobe Illustrator Strong creative portfolio demonstrating full product design lifecycle Fully computer literate Previous experience in a similar product design or creative e-commerce role

Salary:

Competitive and will be dependent on the skill set and experience of the successful applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
