About the role:

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. In this role, you'll shape the user experience of Absorb's learning solutions, from concept to launch. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling designs that solve real user problems.

What You'll Do:

Lead design projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience Bring bold ideas to the table, leveraging cutting-edge tools and innovative methods to deliver value Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions Use AI tools instinctively as part of your standard process Conduct researchers to validate ideas and iterate based on feedback Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

What you'll bring:

5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
