Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and review products using NOCN processes and project management methods. Create high-quality support and resource materials. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. Lead and coordinate project teams and external subject specialists. Maintain and review the product portfolio to ensure currency, quality and viability. Engage with employers, sector bodies and stakeholders to support product development and promotion. Ensure assessments meet regulatory requirements and uphold Equality, Diversity and Inclusion standards. Contribute to quality assurance audits and continuous improvement of processes. Identify opportunities for new product development and report progress to the Product Development Manager.
About You
-------------
Experience in product development within education, qualifications, apprenticeships or assessment and engineering. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of regulatory or sector requirements is desirable. * Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects.
