As a

Senior Product Engineer (Mobile / React Native)

at Glow Green, you won't just write code, you'll help shape the tools our customers and engineers depend on every day. You will work on scalable mobile applications, collaborate on product strategy, and take real ownership of the impact your work has across the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve features for our mobile apps used by engineers and customers nationwide on iOS and Android; Design, build and maintain React Native applications using TypeScript and Expo (or similar frameworks); Integrate with internal APIs and third-party services to deliver seamless experiences; Take full ownership of features end-to-end, from design to production and iteration; Ensure high code quality through automated testing and maintainable patterns; Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize for reliability and speed; Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences; Contribute to the overall architecture and best practices for mobile product development; Potentially contribute to Laravel/PHP backend work, depending on project needs; Work with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, to support mobile applications.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years commercial experience building mobile applications; Strong experience with React Native, TypeScript and Expo (or similar frameworks); Experience integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, or similar backend services; Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, or E2E); Familiarity with performance monitoring, debugging and optimization tools; Version control experience with Git; Comfortable taking full ownership of features and delivering end-to-end solutions; Strong collaboration and communication skills; Experience or familiarity with AWS cloud services.

Nice to Have

Experience with frontend web development in

React or Angular;

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps; Knowledge of offline-first apps, push notifications, or in-app analytics; Optional experience/exposure with

Laravel/PHP

is a plus.
