Senior Product Manager- Acquisition Marketing Growth

=========================================================

Introduction to Team:

Expedia Group believes that travel is a force for good. The Acquisition Marketing Growth Experiences (AMG) team works to efficiently bring travelers into the Expedia ecosystem by creating intelligent, relevant, and highly engaging experiences. These experiences warmly welcome travelers, help them discover our brands, products, and value propositions, and serve as a delightful springboard into trip discovery, planning, and shopping.

The AMG team owns the end-to-end experience at the top of the funnel, including the technology and tools that shape the first impression for every traveler. We partner closely with Expedia Brands and SEM/SEO/Metasearch marketing teams to drive top-of-funnel acquisition goals.

In This Role You Will:

Strategize, build, and improve customer experiences by examining new ideas for solutions, methods, and products with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with business goals. Use both quantitative and qualitative data to make informed prioritization decisions and expand metrics to deepen understanding of product performance. Develop strong relationships with Expedia Marketing teams to leverage domain knowledge, influence decisions, and drive ROI for marketing spend. Create advanced frameworks to test hypotheses and assess the impact of complex decisions across various scenarios. Collaborate with development teams and ML partners to deliver highly relevant and optimized experiences. Use storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques to build trust and long-term relationships with teams and stakeholders. Hold yourself and your team accountable for meeting departmental goals while inspiring alignment with EG's vision, mission, and values. Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid environment where change is constant. Mentor others in decision-making frameworks, linking data and insights, and evaluating risks to ensure beneficial outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

You are a strategic product thinker with 6+ years of experience launching successful customer-centric products and driving improvements through deep customer understanding and experimentation. You possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and know how to leverage them to enhance user experiences. You have owned multiple, unrelated product areas and developed product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. You have a bias to action and are familiar with collaborative, lean, and fast-moving environments. You have experience working in high-growth companies and driving improvements in paid and organic acquisition. You are naturally curious, humble, and passionate, with a desire to continuously learn and understand the levers that drive profitable growth--especially in the AI/ML space. You are a strong communicator who excels in storytelling and can clearly convey both product vision and nuanced product details. You have experience in the online travel industry or in e-commerce/marketplaces.
