Senior Product Manager - Activation

Product

Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

As a Senior Product Manager - Activation, you will be responsible for ensuring that every new Ebury client is ready to succeed from the moment they access our platform. You will connect data and context from the sales and onboarding process to intelligently configure each client's platform setup - ensuring that the right products, accounts, and tools are ready for immediate use.

This is a pivotal role in shaping how clients experience Ebury's value from day one, transforming activation into a data-driven, intelligent, and automated process that accelerates engagement and decreases time-to-value.

What you'll do

Build and own Ebury's activation strategy, ensuring clients' platforms are configured for success before their first login. Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to define activation logic that automatically sets up clients based on their expressed needs and data collected during onboarding. Work with Data Science and Engineering to design systems that map client attributes to product configuration - e.g., automatically surfacing ERP integrations or pre-creating local collection accounts based on conversation data. Define and deliver activation workflows and automation that bridge CRM, onboarding tools, and the core platform. Identify and track activation KPIs such as first transaction rate, time-to-first-value, and early adoption metrics. Collaborate with UX and Product teams to ensure clients land in a contextually relevant platform experience that matches what was sold. Continuously analyse data to identify friction points in activation and implement improvements to increase conversion and engagement. Be results-led - establish clear, measurable goals for activation and demonstrate tangible improvements in client time-to-value and usage. Partner with Commercial and Client Success leaders to ensure activation directly supports retention and growth goals.

What you'll need

5+ years in Product Management focused on activation, client engagement, or product adoption. Strong understanding of data pipelines and product configuration logic - capable of collaborating with Data Science and Engineering to automate setup and personalisation. Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success to translate client needs into product experiences. Analytical and outcome-oriented - skilled at defining, tracking, and improving KPIs tied to activation, usage, and value realisation. Proven ability to design and deliver automated activation experiences that shorten time-to-value and improve conversion. Passionate about using data and automation to turn sales intent into client success.
